Welcome to the DMS Wiki! The DealerTrack DMS Wiki is now available for our customers. It’s another great support tool resulting from our absolute commitment to helping our dealers succeed.
The DMS Wiki is a web-based user guide, that contains QuickStart Guides, Setup Guides, and User Guides for nearly every screen in the DealerTrack DMS. The Wiki is updated on a daily basis, making it the most current source for written documentation about the DealerTrack DMS.
You can use the Wiki to learn how to perform specific functions and processes within the DMS, as well as learning about the different screens you work with.
The Wiki can be reached from the Help icon in the Web Access client. It can also be accessed from the DealerTrack Web site. You will need to sign onto the Wiki using your DMS user name and password.
To use the Wiki, take the following steps:
- Browse to the Wiki using the following address: www.dealertrackdms.com/wiki
